How do I reset my password for my CRM account?

How do I reset my password for my Support account?


As a Jucebox Client, you are given access to three different accounts. Each account serves a purpose in giving you the best tools to set you up for success.

The three different accounts include your Support Portal account, your Training Portal account, and your CRM account. Each account access is given at different points. Please see below for details on each account and how to change your password, if needed.


As always, in order to get the best support possible, or help with any of our tools, navigate to the Support Portal homepage to access our Client Knowledge Base, helpful Solution Articles and to Submit a Support Ticket if needed.


1. Support

  • Support Portal Access will be given prior to your Welcome Call (after your payment has been received and Service Agreement signed). 
    • This includes our Knowledge Base (where you are now) that answers many of our frequently asked questions. 
  • An email with a user activation link will be sent to your primary email address on file. You will need to activate your account using that link and setup your password.
  • To change your password:
    • Use the "Forgot my Password" link when attempting to login
    • If logged in, head to "Edit Profile" under your name in the top right corner
      • Select "Update Password" on the left hand side
      • Select "Change Password"
      • Change and save
    • If you want to submit a support ticket, please navigate to the home page of the support portal and select "+ New Support Ticket" and our team is happy to help.

 
2. Training Portal and Community

  • Training and Community Access will be given prior to your Welcome Call (after your payment has been received and Service Agreement signed) via email

    • Please check the email that you have signed up for Jucebox Services with (including Spam) for an email invitation to join Skool from "noreply@skool.com." 

    • Please make sure to click the "JOIN NOW" button within any email you receive from Skool (typically all within one thread) to ensure you Join all/any course invitations.

  • Your primary email is used as the Username and the password is generated by yourself during account creation. This information is included in your "Getting Started" email.

  • To change your password:
    • Use the "Forgot my Password" link when attempting to login
    • If logged in, head to your icon in the top right corner
      • Select "Settings"
      • Select "Password"
      • Change your password and hit "Update"



3. CRM: 

  • Training Access will be given prior to your Welcome Call (after your payment has been received and Service Agreement signed) via email
    • Subject: "Getting Started [Jucebox]" 

  • Your primary email is used as the Username and the password is generated by Jucebox. Once signed in, you are able to change your password.

  • To change your password:
    • Use the "Forgot my Password" link at https://app.juceboxcrm.com/ when attempting to login
    • If logged in, head to your icon in the top right corner
      • Select the "Settings" tab on the lower left hand side
      • Change your password and hit "Update"
    • Send a support ticket by navigating to the home page of the support portal and select "+ New Support Ticket" and our team is happy to help.
